Where can I sell my items without going broke?
I am a craftsperson. I made windchimes, suncatchers, yard-stakes, and many other home and garden decor items. I have been to several of the trade shows and have always done well there, but they are SO EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE! I've also tried many different retail craft shows, but I almost always end up spending either more time & energy or more money than they are worth at those! I honestly feel like people like my things, and that they would buy them, but how can I get myself out there to be seen now that I'm broke? Any advise is welcomed!!!!

- If you are female, I would highly suggest marrying rich. If you are already married, divorce now and collect alimony. That will solve the financial issues.
- Ebay is pretty good place to sell handcrafted items... or try some carboot sales there stalls are pretty cheap.. school fairs is another good place.. but you normally have to donate some of your profit to the schools fundraising
- try to find other crafts people in your area and put up a show together in your home. advertise alll over...especially six weeks before xmas.
- Your stuff sounds like it would go amazingly well on www.etsy.com I don't think it takes a huge fee to sell on there either, as a lot of people do it.
- I don't know where you live, but more and more "farmers markets" are becoming popular. Check with town governments to see if they have one. Pick the affluent towns first. Also make a phone call to the event planners for bigger cities too, see hwat they have planned for the year. These events will get more traffic and more money for your time. These could be outdoor markets, street festivals, tell them you are looking for low priced events as you are just getting started (don't tell them you're broke). These folks may have some ideas too. Good luck!
- Try ww.Oztion.com.au There are no listing fees and u only pay an FVP when your items sells. Much better and cheaper than Ebay
